Dynamic and direct, Jenna motivates individuals, executives and corporations as a certified life coach and executive coach. She coaches businesses through corporate assessments, strategic planning, group coaching and corporate team building. She works one-on-one with executives to guide them toward the life they want.

Before becoming a life coach, Jenna worked in the corporate world. She inspired staff and created strong teams that led to top-level management success. She also coached numerous athletes, helping them fulfill their individual potential and become successful team players. Life and Executive coaching seemed a natural next step.

Based on Vancouver Island, she is now president and owner of J. Forster & Associates. Working with a professional team of life coaches, executive coaches, strategic planners,  motivational speakers and a marketing specialist, Jenna coaches individuals, executives and companies in Canada and the United States.

She is certified by the Academy of Coach Training and has received executive coach training at The Coaches Training Institute.
