Based in British Columbia, she is now president and owner of J. Forster & Associates. Working with a professional team of strategic planners, human resource specialists, corporate asssessment teams, executive coaches, licensed mastermind executive coaches, and motivational speakers. Jenna consults with all client contacts to ascertain needs and recommends service packages to meet budgets and time constraints for competitive businesses and corporations.

She is a certified life coach by the Academy of Coach Training, has received executive coach training at The Coaches Training Institute is a licensed mastermind executive coach through The Rescue Institute and is a VAR for Taylor Protocols.

As an Executive Leadership Coach, Tami is passionate about seeing companies demonstrate extraordinary leadership and set the stage for their employees to express their highest potential at work. As a believer in untapped human capital, she invites forward individual and collective talents through values based group work, training, strategic planning, and one-on-one sessions. Tami’s strong, but heartfelt approach creates a safe and effective learning environment that is well received. In addition to being a Licensed Executive Mastermind Coach and a Director of Coach Training, Tami is a CTA Certified Coach and a member of The International Coaching Federation.

Geri Seri, Non-profit Management & Marketing Specialist

A news correspondent, journalist and author with complementary non-profit and government project management background, Geri brings a unique blend of creativity, enthusiasm and vision to clients she serves.

She's known for encouraging individuals and groups to come together for mutual benefit and then for helping them discover the power they possess to maximize opportunities and revenues. She provides consultations about marketing strategies, hosts strategic planning sessions; offers board recruitment and development, campaign and communications planning; leadership training and she works with managers and groups to host successful events from inception to implementation.

Geri's workshops are known for extensive content offered in a mix of humor and sincerity that motivates, inspires and typically initiates significant change. She's also experienced at assessing a business for excellence competitions and will assist with application or proposal development and after a win she rolls out visibility campaigns.

A niche in her skill sets is public and non-profit services within the health care sector and her knowledge base and networking are extensive as she supports groups and individuals to meet service delivery needs, financial challenges and media relations initiatives.
